Job description

We're seeking a data-driven Growth Marketer to spearhead our growth initiatives. As our core marketing team member, you'll work directly with the founders to grow our customer base through content and in-person events. This role is perfect for a curious, autonomous person who thrives in rapidly changing environment.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, focusing on content creation and in-person events

  • Create engaging daily/weekly content for our blog and social channels

  • Build out a paid acquisition channel

  • Identify, test, and scale new growth channels

  • Set up analytics data (HubSpot, Segment, Google Analytics, etc.) for channel optimization

  • Strategically allocate and manage our monthly marketing and sales budget

  • Develop standards, processes, and tools to drive significant impact and efficiency

  • Interface with our marketing agencies for Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO

  • Work directly with the founders to identify and pursue new growth opportunities

  • Develop and run growth experiments

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a product-led growth (PLG) role, preferably within a B2B SaaS company

  • In-depth knowledge of demand generation, digital marketing, and content creation

  • Strong data analysis skills with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proactive problem-solver with a knack for identifying and addressing challenges

  • Adaptable and quick learner, comfortable with rapid change and ambiguity

  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
