About the Role

We're looking for a curious, motivated, and resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build a high-performing outbound engine. As one of our first sales hires, you’ll play a critical role in identifying and engaging ideal customers, experimenting with outreach strategies, and fueling our sales pipeline. Job requirements

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Research and identify high-potential prospects across our target markets

  • Craft compelling outbound messaging (email, LinkedIn, etc.) that gets replies

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to optimize outreach and handoffs

  • Track performance and iterate quickly based on results

  • Contribute to refining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and go-to-market playbook

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in technical and developer products

  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota and penetrating net-new accounts

  • 1–2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales or lead generation role (or strong internship experience with a desire to break into tech sales)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong research and prospecting skills—you’re naturally curious and proactive

  • Comfort working with CRMs, AI tooling, sales automation tools, and outreach platforms

  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
